Shipping Timing: AuraGO™ orders will start shipping to customers in Q3 2026.
Required Companion Software: This item does NOT include the required software. You must already have compatible software. Please contact the Q3D Sensing Customer team with any questions.
Compatibility: The AuraGO™ sensor is currently compatible with iOS iPhone Pro and iPad Pro. Android and Windows devices will be supported at a future date.
Shipping and Export Notice:
Q3D Sensing ships to addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
AuraGO is a Class 1 laser product under FDA performance standards and meets FCC Part 15. AuraGO carries no CE mark, UKCA mark, or other foreign conformity markings.
If you arrange for a product purchased from us to be exported from the United States, whether through a freight forwarder, a reseller, or on your own account, you act as the exporter and importer of record. You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable export regulations, destination country import requirements, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any local product certification or conformity requirements. Q3D Sensing's responsibility ends upon delivery to the United States address you provide at checkout.
